By signing up for this membership, you commit to thirty six. If, after this period, youre not satisfied or havent achieved your goal, you can reach out to our customer care. Youre eligible for a refund, with the service charge deducted before returning the remaining amount. Its important to note that refund requests are only accepted after thirty six. If you happen to get married within this thirty six period through a match we suggested, no refund will be provided. Additionally, if you get married through your family or relatives, a refund wont be issued, as our service is not rejecting your request. If, despite your efforts, you decide to discontinue after thirty six months, you can cancel and receive a refund.
"Bride and Groom Subscription Package" is a special service, the total amount of which is ₹6,00,000 and is valid for a period of 3 years. Under this package, you will be provided all the services related to eligible bride or groom from our side, which will be according to your needs and choice.

1. If our team is unable to provide a bride/groom as per your expectations within 3 years, then you will be refunded the entire amount.
2. If you find a bride/groom yourself within a period of 3 years, you will still be eligible for a refund.
